Senior Software Engineer – Android development (Job code SSE-Android):

• Experience: 2 – 6 years of relevant experience
• Skills: Good core Java experience, data structures, very good problem solving skills, UI programming skills with Swing and/or android platform is an advantage
• Job Description: The position is a mid-level individual contributor role to deliver applications end to end (design/implement/release) for an upcoming android based hand held device for an exciting start-up based in Cambridge, MA, USA. As part of a small product development group, you will be counted on to significantly contribute to the product’s design and development. You will be expected to take responsibility for key components and deliver functional, well-commented, and unit-tested code on schedule.

Technical Lead (Job code - TechLead):

• Experience: 5-8 years of experience
• Skills: Good technical experience with web based product development preferably on the Java, J2EE, Flex and associated technologies. The candidate should have great problem solving skills and ability to guide and mentor a team of software engineers.
• Job Description: We are looking for a technical lead/manager who could lead the product development for a high potential emerging product. The candidate will be required to lead a team of 5-6 developers to begin with which could potentially grow to a team of 10-15 people. The person would be required to provide technical direction to the product development efforts and also plan and track the deliverables for this team. Past experience of leading a team technically is highly desirable

Senior Software Engineer – Java, Flash, Flex (Job code SSE-GUI):

• Experience: 2 – 6 years of relevant experience
• Skills: JSP, HTML, DHTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS style sheets. Flash and Flex. Different AJAX frameworks, Web servers, Tomcat
• Job Description: An experienced GUI programmer with good logical skills to design and develop web based GUI using state of the art technologies. Job responsibilities would include building user interfaces for new products, product updates and new concepts. It would involve developing new and efficient ways of solving interface issues. The engineer will have to deal with understanding product requirements, preparing specifications, developing the interfaces and testing the functionality.

Senior Software Engineer – C#, .Net (Job code SSE-Windows):

• Experience: 4 – 7 years of relevant experience
• Skills: ASP.Net3.5, C#, LINQ, Ajax, Visual Studio 2005/2008, SQL server 2005/2008
• Job Description: The candidate should have the ability to comprehend business requirements into product functionality and play a bridge role between product management and development team. Candidate should have good hands on experience with software development life cycle with an ability to thrive in a fast pace, dynamic startup environment.
  The candidate should have good analytical abilities, Good verbal and written communication skills.
  Good experience in the Healthcare Insurance domain is an added advantage but not a must have.

Senior SQA Engineer – C#, .Net (Job code SSE-QA):

• Experience: 4 – 7 years of relevant experience
• Skills: Test development and execution, ASP.Net, IIS, Share Point, SQL server 2005/2008
• Job Description: The candidate would be responsible for developing and maintaining the test platform for a .Net base system. The candidate would be involved in hands-on functional testing for existing and new features and releases. This would involve designing , creating, and executing test schemes for entire infrastructure, creating acceptance and regression tests, defining and creating automation scripts.
  The candidate should have the ability to comprehend business requirements into product functionality and play a bridge role between product management and development team.The candidate should have good communication skills and experience in client interactions.
  Experience in Insurance domain and/or Health care domain experience will be added advantage.

User Experience Design Profiles

Interaction Designer (Job code - IxD):

• Experience: 3-4 years of experience
• Skills/Education: Formal degree or professional qualification in Interaction Design, Product Design or Visual Communication, Proficiency in various design communication tools
• Job Description: Design creative and intuitive applications for desktop, webtop or palm-top devices. Good understanding of design process and ability to communicate ideas using various design tools, excellent communication and team working skills. The person should have good problem-solving skills and self-motivated to learn and apply new trends and practices.

Visual Designer (Job code - VxD):

• Experience: 4-5 years of experience
• Skills/Education: Formal degree or professional qualification in Interaction Design, Product Design or Visual Communication, Proficiency in various design communication tools
• Job Description: Create rich visual interactions by understanding the structure and type of information in close collaboration with information architects and product management. Deliver visual design solutions for new features and product requirements that fit with both brand and platform consistency. Exposure to visual designs for smartphones, iPhones or tablets is desirable
