Opensourcing Model:

In this model,  the focus is on providing the right talent fit for the job assignment. Here Clarice provides all the details related to the employee salary costs and overheads to the client and charges a fixed margin on top of that for its services. This eliminates the tendency of service companies to compromise on employee quality while hiring (either in terms of experience or salaries paid to star performers) and infrastructure provided. This model goes a long way towards establishing trust based relationship which is very important in offshore engagements.

If required, Clarice would also provide services under the typical Time and Effort based model and the milestone based turnkey delivery models

Clarice offers the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) option. Here, Clarice would build an offshore development team, take care of all the operations for pre-determined duration and later at the client company's convenience spin-it off as a wholly owned subsidiary of the client company. This ensures that your investment in creating the team continues to be leveraged in future when you would like to spin it off as a fully owned subsidiary.

Services for Startups:

Clarice offers a special business model for engaging with start-ups. Here, Clarice would offer its User Centered Design services along with Product development services to the startup customers for a “Equity + Cash” based reimbursement. Part of the charges would be paid by the startup in cash and for the remaining, Clarice would get an equity partnership in the startup venture. The Cash and Equity portions can be tuned based on mutual convenience.
