Shirish Deodhar

Shirish Deodhar is a serial tech entrepreneur with over 25 years of software industry experience in US and India. He brings deep knowledge of software product development - from early stage challenges to rapid scaling issues on customer adoption.

Shirish has been CEO since inception at Frontier Software from 1988-99 and at In-Reality Software in 2003-04. Both companies were acquired by global majors - In-Reality by Symphony Services Inc. and Frontier by VERITAS Software (now Symantec Corp.). Post acquisition, as Senior Vice-President at Symphony Services, Shirish was instrumental in building the Storage and SME client base to 25+ clients and 750+ employees in 4 years. Earlier, as President of the India subsidiary of VERITAS, he successfully grew the India operations to nearly 500 employees across 16 product teams.

Shirish has a B-Tech (EE) from IIT Mumbai and an MS degree from USA. He holds a US patent and has a number of awards and 10+ technical papers to his credit.

Madhukar Bhatia

Madhukar Bhatia has 22 years of software industry experience including building two start-ups. He has deep technical and business experience in building companies and teams that architect complex software products for global companies.

As Vice-President at Symphony Services Inc., which acquired the company that he founded (In-Reality Software), Madhukar was instrumental in building the Storage/Systems practice to 20 clients and 500 employees in 4 years. From 1999-2003, as Sr. Manager at VERITAS Software (now Symantec Corp.), he incubated and built a 60 person team for two flagship VERITAS products. He has also been a partner at one of India’s earliest product start-ups since 1987, designing CAD/Graphics products for defense and manufacturing industries.

Madhukar has a B. Tech (CS) and M. Tech (CS) from IIT Mumbai.
